  You'll pay a little bit more here, but you'll get excellent service. You can also get some hard to find items, and random hardware here. They also encourage people to haul away crate scraps for burning, out back by the dumpsters. Love the small town hardware store feel.

  When they're open... they're not really open... Open sign was off at 3:35, so we left but called to verify hours for the following day. Was told that they were open for another 20 minutes and could come back and fill our propane tanks prior to 4, when they actually close on Sunday. Upon arriving at 3:45, we noted the "open" sign was suddenly back on. The young man running the rental store indicated that they were closing the store at 4 and he had already closed the propane system for the day and could not fill our propane tanks... so why were we told we could come back to the store?? Really, really frustrating that you shut down BEFORE your store is closed and then after a customer calls and is told they can come back to get something done. We really like this store, but this is ridiculous.
